About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Acton Banks. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care and support to residents, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care and achieve positive outcomes for residents.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of residents' care plans, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Qualified and registered with the NMC as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
  • Experience in an elderly and dementia care environment.
  • Confident in all areas of care planning and delivery.
  • Able to work a flexible shift pattern.
  • Satisfactory CRB / DBS checks.
