About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our vibrant team at Aspire Recruitment. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for all administration duties, ensuring seamless communication and efficient task completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside our existing sales team to ensure all pre and post-sale administrative tasks are completed within a timely manner.
  • Complete all sales-related audit and compliance tasks, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure sales contracts are drawn up and checked for accuracy, submitted to suppliers in a timely manner.
  • Manage the front sheet policy, maintaining organization and efficiency.
  • Utilize our company CRM system to prepare sales and commission reports, providing valuable insights.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts payable, ensuring financial accuracy.
Requirements
  • Previous administrative experience within a busy sales environment, with a strong understanding of sales processes.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft applications, with the ability to learn new systems.
  • 25 days holiday in addition to bank holidays, with opportunities for additional leave.
