Job Opportunity: Psychology Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Psychology Teacher to join our team at Reed Education. As a Psychology Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our students and inspiring them to reach their full potential.

About the Role

This is a full-time, temporary opportunity for a Psychology Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Psychology or a related field, complemented by a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative Psychology lessons to KS4 & KS5 students, fostering a deep understanding of the subject.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver lesson plans that cater to the needs of a diverse student population.
  • Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to support student progress.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and enhance the teaching and learning experience.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational research and pedagogical techniques.
Requirements
  • A degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Experience in teaching Psychology at both KS4 & KS5 levels.
  • Dynamic teaching approach with the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
