About the Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sub Agent with extensive experience in Structures to join our team at EKFB. As a Sub Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the construction strategy, including kick-off meetings, pre-commencement documentation, and construction programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the construction strategy, including kick-off meetings and pre-commencement documentation.
  • Coordinate with the Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, plant, materials, and temporary works.
  • Manage the site engineering team and be responsible for the performance and development of site and Section Engineers.
  • Assist with the production of programmes, progress reports, resource and cost plans, and contribute to financial forecasting, site measurement, material reconciliations, and cost control.

Requirements

  • HNC/Degree (Construction/Civil Engineering related) or equivalent.
  • Mandatory CSCS Requirement (one of the following) - Black, White, White/Yellow, Yellow or Red Experienced.
  • Mandatory SMSTS.
  • Demonstration of knowledge and practical application of Site Engineering activities combined with construction supervision skills.
  • Must have experience working in Earthworks.
  • Previous experience in quality assurance and geotechnical management is preferred.
  • Good team skills.
