At EKFB, we are seeking a highly skilled Sub Agent to join our team in the North Chilterns Area in Aylesbury. As a key member of our site engineering team, you will play a crucial role in the construction strategy, including kick-off meetings, pre-commencement documentation, and construction programmes.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Structures and will be responsible for assisting with the allocation of labour, plant, materials, and temporary works to carry out activities to the required standards, programme, and budget.

You will also be responsible for managing the site engineering team, ensuring the performance and development of site and section engineers, and coordinating construction operations to conform to contract requirements and safety standards.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of site engineering activities, construction supervision skills, and quality assurance principles.

  • HNC/Degree (Construction/Civil Engineering related) or equivalent.
  • Mandatory CSCS Requirement (one of the following) - Black, White, White/Yellow, Yellow or Red Experienced.
  • Mandatory SMSTS.
  • Demonstration of knowledge and practical application of Site Engineering activities combined with construction supervision skills.
  • Must have experience working in Earthworks.
  • Previous experience in quality assurance and geotechnical management is preferred.
  • Good team skills.
