Key Holder Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in Bath, United Kingdom. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting the management team, and driving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through teamwork and living our brand values
- Support Store Management with daily tasks and store duties
- Motivate and support the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and hit personal targets
- Offer guidance and direction to the sales team to assist with their development and ensure KPIs are being met
- Ensure strong visual standards across the store
- Assist with deliveries and organization of the stock room
- Be responsible for opening and closing the store when senior managers are absent
