Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Recognition Management: Develop and maintain revenue recognition policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with IFRS15 and USGAAP.
  • Gross Margin Analytics: Analyze gross margin performance for professional services engagements, identifying areas for improvement and driving profitability.
  • Sales Metrics and Performance Analysis: Establish and monitor key sales performance indicators, analyzing sales and delivery data to inform business decisions.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Lead the development of revenue forecasts and budgets, working closely with Sales and Finance teams to validate sales forecasts and align revenue targets with company objectives.
Requirements:
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with extensive experience in revenue accounting and leadership roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of revenue recognition principles, including IFRS15, and experience applying them in a software/SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
