About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Administrator to join our Facilities Management team at West Middlesex University Hospital in Isleworth. As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will provide a professional Helpdesk service to the Hospital and Equans E&S contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a professional Helpdesk service to the Hospital and Equans E&S contracts
  • Receive calls in hours and out of hours with a professional manner
  • Support the planned maintenance programme by printing off job dockets and returning to the system when complete
  • Provide a professional approach towards customers and their needs
  • Provide administration support to the department

About You:

We are looking for an individual with experience of providing excellent customer service, ideally on a helpdesk. You will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and be able to work as part of a team and autonomously.
