Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Live In Care Professional. As a member of our team, you will live in a client's home and provide a range of non-medical services to support their daily needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and social interaction to help prevent loneliness and isolation
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and autonomy
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
- Kind and compassionate nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid work permit or right to remain and work in the UK
What We Offer:
- Comprehensive training and support
- Three meals a day or an allowance from the client
- A separate room to stay
- Access to a TV and WiFi
