Job Role: Live-in Care Assistant

We're seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Live-in Care Assistants. As a Live-in Care Assistant, you'll provide day-to-day support to our clients, assisting with personal care, household tasks, and social activities. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop a tailored care plan to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Assist with household tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Support clients with social activities, such as outings, hobbies, and entertainment
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably live-in care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring and compassionate approach to care delivery
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
