South East Asia Trade Sales Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team as a specialist in South East Asia trade sales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling incoming sales calls from travel trade partners, creating tailor-made holidays for customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming sales calls from travel trade partners and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with travel trade partners to increase sales and revenue.
  • Provide expert knowledge and advice on destinations, airlines, and ground arrangements to travel agents and customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

The Package:

  • A competitive basic salary of £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped commission.
  • Fully home working arrangement, with flexible working hours and no late nights or Sundays.

Requirements:

  • Excellent geographical knowledge and previous travel experience to South East Asia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with travel trade partners and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and time management skills.
  • Passion for travel and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
