We are seeking a skilled Principal Project Controller to join our Engineering Services team in New Build, based at our Chiswick office.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide in-depth analysis and reporting on Estimates, Cost Management, and Change Control.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and delivery teams to develop forecasts and provide feedback to Contract Administrators.
- Analyze data and work with project delivery teams to identify potential cost over/under-runs and assist with mitigation measures.
- Coordinate and maintain a robust change management process within projects and recommend actions accordingly.
- Monitor and report costs against project Target Cost Estimates.
- Challenge anomalies in time-writing and progress at project progress review meetings.
- Experience in project controls, specifically cost control and estimating.
