Zest is seeking a highly skilled Bid Writer to join our sales team. As a key member of our bid team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, compelling content for proposals and tenders that articulate our value proposition and win themes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Bid, Senior Bid Manager, and Bid Manager in writing and coordinating bid responses, ensuring timely submission and alignment with the bid cycle.
  • Produce high-scoring proposal content that clearly articulates the benefits of our solution to meet specific client needs, answering tender questions, and aligning with the tender scoring matrix or market best practice.
  • Develop and manage a network of subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date content.
  • Maintain internal content, including our bid library, CVs, and subject matter content.
  • Engage with the sales team and wider business to ensure thorough and compelling bids are written and submitted.
