About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Specialist to join our team at Pharmiweb. As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in the respiratory sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Act as the single point of contact for customers, providing guidance and support to meet their needs.
  • Account Planning: Develop and implement account plans to increase company revenues through the promotion of our respiratory portfolio.
  • Key Account Management: Identify and develop key customer relationships, working in partnership to create solutions that meet their needs.
  • Sales and Business Development: Increase sales revenue through the promotion of our respiratory portfolio, in accordance with the UK marketing plan and locally developed customer plans.
  • Customer Insights: Utilize customer insights to pioneer both digital and face-to-face interactions, embracing new technology and platforms.
  • Co-Creation: Collaborate with customers to develop co-created solutions, including service offerings, co-created projects, and medical education.
  • Performance Metrics: Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, NPS, project delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • ABPI Examination: Hold or be working towards the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) examination.
  • NHS Understanding: Have a strong understanding of the National Health Service (NHS) and customer priorities.
  • Sales Experience: Have a track record of delivering consistent sales results in accordance with set targets.
  • Key Account Management: Possess effective planning skills through key account management techniques.
  • Business Planning: Have business planning skills, including the ability to produce business proposals/cases as required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop long-term relationships across key customer groups.
  • Critical Reasoning: Be capable of interpreting and utilizing available data sources to enhance the effectiveness of customer planning.
  • Digital Affinity: Have an affinity for digital media.
