Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising, stock levels, and store cleanliness.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets, including processing transactions, handling customer returns, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
