About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a CX Team Member. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing product knowledge, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Be knowledgeable on all products offered, including athletic sneakers and apparel
  • Team up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service
  • Maintain personal and productivity goals
  • Connect with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of retail experience
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
  • Motivated to achieve great results
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
