About the Role

ZS Associates is seeking a highly skilled Data Strategy Associate Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Data Strategy and Partnerships team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients develop and implement effective data strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Expertise: Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of healthcare data in Europe, the US, and Asia, and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the field.
  • Define Capabilities and Frameworks: Assist in defining capabilities, building frameworks, processes, and tools to support data strategy, and help develop and implement data governance standards and protocols.
  • Partner with Project Leads: Collaborate with project leads to deliver projects, assist with project management responsibilities, and help manage direct and indirect client communications.
  • Build Long-Term Assets: Help build long-term data strategy assets and offerings in collaboration with our Digital and Technology teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree required, with strong academic performance in analytic and quantitative coursework.
  • Experience: Knowledge of healthcare data and experience with its practical applications, such as patient-level EMR, claims, omics, and RWD/RWE projects or omics data, would be a bonus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and support definition and management of data standards and protocols.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks, and delivering in an unstructured environment.
