About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Strategy Consultant to join our team at Stealth iT Consulting. As a key member of our Data & AI Strategy team, you will play a critical role in designing and building winning strategies to transform how organisations leverage data across all industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients and partners to harness the power of data and AI to address complex business challenges.
  • Build a successful team of experts across the data & AI life-cycle, unlocking new opportunities in diverse sectors.
  • Develop and implement data management strategies that drive strategic business outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and advisory services to clients on data governance frameworks, data ethics policies, metadata management strategies, and master data management (MDM) solutions.
  • Conduct assessments of clients' data maturity against industry standards using frameworks such as DCAM (Data Management Capability Assessment Model) and DAMA (Data Management Body of Knowledge).
  • Cultivate trusted client relationships, collaborating to address key challenges in data management, analytics, and AI delivery.
  • Support large-scale data transformations from conceptualisation to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and data management best practices.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and facilitate innovation initiatives aimed at experimenting with new data and AI concepts.
  • Contribute to establishing robust data capabilities within client organisations, including organisational design, process optimisation, skills development, and role definition, in alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of consultancy practice by working with others in identifying new market opportunities, creating innovative offerings, and creating thought leadership content.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation in data management, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to develop customer-centric data management solutions and drive value creation for clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to create tangible value for organisations through effective data management and utilisation of data assets.
  • Evidence of your potential as a leader in data management, through both your drive and ambition as well as relevant experience and success in industry or professional services.
  • Proficiency in data management disciplines, including data quality, security, governance, and metadata management.
  • Awareness of the data technology landscape, including knowledge of data management tooling and platform capabilities.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard data management and governance frameworks.
  • Ability to provide strategic guidance on data management, assisting senior leaders in aligning data initiatives with organisational goals and CDO objectives.
  • Effective communication skills to represent the company in discussions on data strategy.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, staying abreast of the latest advancements in data strategy, data management and operating models.
