Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Quality Department and ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality and safety issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or regulatory affairs role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and AS9100.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees, suppliers, and partners.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
