Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and administer business and trading applications on the trading floor used by the Capital Markets in EMEA.
  • Maintain, monitor, and develop business applications and systems on the trading floor.
  • Act as the principal point of contact for the support, maintenance, and enhancement of the trading floor business applications and systems.
  • Manage all software development life-cycle environments of the trading floor business applications and systems.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for all aspects of the trading floor business applications.
  • Liaise with other technical teams to participate in various projects.
  • Ensure that managed trading floor business applications and application servers are updated and that the latest security patches are applied on a regular schedule.
  • Assist IT Security, Audit, and Compliance groups for the trading floor.
  • Address business applications and systems-related queries and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and experience in business application support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of software development life-cycle environments and security patches.
