Job Title: Trade Floor Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Trade Floor Support Engineer to join our team at Lorien. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our trading floor team.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled IT professional to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be working closely with our trading floor team to ensure that all systems and applications are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to the trading floor team, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with Market Data applications such as Bloomberg and Reuters.
  • Lead by example and deliver a highly organized support service, ensuring that all systems and applications are running efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of business users, senior members of staff, and IT managers to ensure that technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Support the development and implementation of new systems and applications to improve the trading floor experience.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a trading floor environment, supporting Market Data applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 desktop support and VDI environments.
  • Experience supporting Office 365 and other Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
