Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to engage and develop the progress of learners with Autism.
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to deliver the Equals Semi-Formal Curriculum and National Curriculum expectations.
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, and academic development of pupils.
- Contribute to the development of a strong safeguarding culture within the school.
- QTS or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills and Nationally recognised degree.
- Experience of working within a SEN/ASC environment.
- Calm, engaging, resilient, and innovative style of teaching.
