About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Primary Teacher to join our team at Colne Grange School in Uxbridge. As a SEN Primary Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to pupils with Autism, aged 3-11 years old.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to engage and develop the progress of learners with Autism.
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to deliver the Equals Semi-Formal Curriculum and National Curriculum expectations.
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, and academic development of pupils.
  • Contribute to the development of a strong safeguarding culture within the school.
Requirements
  • QTS or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills and Nationally recognised degree.
  • Experience of working within a SEN/ASC environment.
  • Calm, engaging, resilient, and innovative style of teaching.
