Position Overview
Ward 11 is seeking to welcome a skilled, empathetic, and motivated nursing professional to our dedicated team.
By joining us, you will have the chance to enhance your expertise and understanding in both elective and trauma surgical care. Key Responsibilities

You will benefit from collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team that includes specialist nurses, advanced nurse practitioners, and therapists, providing you with countless opportunities to expand your skills, knowledge, and experience in this specialty.
For newly qualified nurses, the Trust offers a comprehensive preceptorship program, ensuring excellent development opportunities. Throughout your journey, you will receive support from in-house Clinical Educators and a designated mentor who will oversee your training requirements, backed by the broader divisional education team.
