Senior Finance Manager - Pensions

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team in Bradford. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality accounting services to our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of accounting and reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial information to stakeholders.
  • Lead the team in identifying and managing operational and financial risks to our company's financial performance.
  • Develop and implement processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our accounting operations.
  • Collaborate with our Group Financial Control and Policy team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.
Requirements:
  • Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.) with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Broad accounting experience, including management and financial accounting, audit, and reporting.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems, such as Oracle and Hyperion/HFM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
