Mays Floorplans Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced property photographer and floor planner to join our team in central London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality property photographs, creating accurate floor plans, and conducting EPC assessments.
Key Responsibilities- Photograph properties to the highest standard, using Canon camera kit and other equipment provided by the company.
- Create accurate floor plans and lease plans using a laser Disto and other tools.
- Conduct EPC assessments and provide detailed reports.
- Travel across London on a company-provided scooter, using a Compulsory Bike Training certificate.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve company goals and objectives.
- At least two years' experience in property photography, floor planning, and EPC assessments.
- Proficient Photoshop skills and knowledge of Capture One or Lightroom.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as required.
- Full-time employed PAYE with full paid holiday entitlement.
- Private medical insurance after a qualifying period.
- Canon camera kit, company scooter, new helmet, waterproof clothing, gloves, and other equipment.
