Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice and representation in matters related to fraud, bribery, corruption, and money laundering
  • Handle regulatory investigations and proceedings involving financial regulatory bodies such as the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Serious Fraud Office (SFO)
  • Conduct internal investigations for corporate clients to identify and address potential regulatory breaches
