dSb Recruitment Consultancy Ltd. is proud to be partnering with a multi-channel fashion brand that offers uncompromising style and quality in each of their products. The business is looking to appoint a Wholesale Merchandiser who will be responsible for maximizing performance and driving profitability of the business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Review sales and forecast future demand across wholesale channels.
  • Organize and plan deliveries with retailers and our warehouse to meet delivery dates.
  • Monitor range plans and trading plans to ensure optimum stock levels are achieved.
  • Work closely with key accounts such as major department stores and online retailers.
  • High-level critical path planning and management.
  • Ensure balanced and commercial ranges are developed which are in line with agreed financial parameters.
  • Recruit and train a team at AM and Merch Admin level.

**Requirements:**

  • A highly analytical and numerical merchandiser role with experience of managing relationships with key accounts, marketplace experience would be advantageous.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Be flexible, enthusiastic, confident, and proactive.
  • Managing stock and WSSI knowledge.

**Company Culture:**

This role is offered on a hybrid working business which requires 3 days working in the office and 2 days working from home. Candidates will need to be based in the local region and accessible to the head office.
