Wholesale Merchandiser Job Description

dSb Recruitment Consultancy Ltd. is partnering with a multi-channel fashion brand to find a Wholesale Merchandiser who will drive profitability and maximize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review sales data and forecast future demand across wholesale channels
  • Coordinate delivery planning with retailers and the warehouse to meet deadlines
  • Monitor range plans and trading plans to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Collaborate with key accounts such as M&S and John Lewis
  • Manage critical path planning and ensure commercial ranges align with financial parameters
  • Recruit and train a team at AM and Merch Admin levels

Requirements:

  • Experience in a highly analytical Merchandiser role with key account management and marketplace experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong relationships with key accounts
  • Flexibility, enthusiasm, confidence, and proactivity
  • Stock management and WSSI knowledge

Working Arrangements:

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. The ideal candidate will be based in the local region and accessible to the head office.
