Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant - HR Derby/Remote (Hybrid)

Are you a seasoned recruiter with a passion for Recruitment and business development? As a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will have a deep understanding of your specialist market and be able to demonstrate commercial acumen.

In return, we offer an attractive commission structure with uncapped earning potential. Our HR team works closely with high-profile public sector organisations through PSLs and direct relationships, offering you warm clients and the opportunity to develop your own business.

You will cover temporary, contract, and permanent HR roles up to senior leadership level, providing a varied and interesting workload. With the support of our experienced recruiters and expert Associate Director, you will build your business within the HR market.

As a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Building trusted relationships within the HR market
  • Identifying new events and networking opportunities
  • Developing your own business development strategy, supported by an ambitious team
  • Participating in internal business development meetings to drive forward recruitment processes
