Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant - Housing Derby/Remote (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for developing business and delivering exceptional results? As a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will have a solid understanding of the Housing market and be able to demonstrate commercial acumen.

In return, we offer an attractive commission structure with uncapped earning potential. Our Housing team works closely with high-profile clients, including Housing Associations, Local Authorities, and Charities, offering you a warm client base and opportunities to develop your own business.

You will cover temporary, contract, and permanent roles across a range of vacancies, from entry-level to senior leadership positions, providing a varied and interesting workload.

We have a natural sales environment and a supportive culture, made up of highly successful consultants and support staff who empower each other to succeed.

With the support of our experienced recruiters and expert Associate Director, you will build your business within the Housing market, working exclusively on your own patch.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building trusted relationships within the Housing market
  • Identifying new events and networking opportunities
  • Developing your own business development strategy, supported by an ambitious team
  • Participating in internal business development meetings to drive forward recruitment processes
