Interim Finance Director Opportunity

MacGregor Black is partnering with a leading B-Corp drink business to find an experienced Interim Finance Director. This is an interim position based in Central London, requiring a seasoned finance professional who can start immediately and provide leadership and stability during this period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage the Finance Team: Provide guidance, support, and development to ensure high performance.
  • Develop Financial Strategies: Align with the company's long-term goals and sustainability objectives.
  • Oversee Budgeting and Forecasting: Ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare Financial Reports: Timely and accurate reports for the Board of Directors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage Cash Flow: Ensure the company's financial stability.
  • Identify and Mitigate Financial Risks: Develop strategies to mitigate financial risks.
  • Communicate Financial Performance: Work closely with senior management, investors, and external stakeholders.
  • Improve Financial Processes: Enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Senior finance role within the drinks industry or a similar sector.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Manage and motivate a finance team effectively.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills: Interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Present financial information clearly and concisely.
  • Immediate Availability: Must be available to start immediately.
