Role Overview:

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary is seeking a dedicated and community-focused individual to join our team as a Police Community Support Officer (PCSO). As a PCSO, you will play a vital role in building partnerships with residents, schools, and other groups to prevent crime and support our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a visible and accessible presence in local communities across Hampshire.
  • Work collaboratively with residents, schools, and other groups to identify and address community concerns.
  • Contribute to crime prevention initiatives and support the delivery of community-based projects.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with local stakeholders, including community leaders and organizations.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
