About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Design Technician to join our team at SJM Projects. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions for a range of residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design concepts for residential and commercial projects
  • Collaborate with our team of architects and engineers to ensure design solutions meet client needs and regulatory requirements
  • Produce detailed design drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and ArchiCAD
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design solutions are implemented correctly
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure design solutions meet their needs
Requirements
  • Proven experience in architectural design and technical drawing
  • Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and technical design standards
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
