The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Parts Advisor. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing orders, and maintaining stock levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealing with goods inwards, locating vehicle parts within the Parts Department
  • Rectifying orders, arranging returns, and dealing with customers
  • Maintaining stock levels through electronic means and locating parts from the stock
  • Raising invoices and cash handling for parts that are sold
  • Dealing with incoming stock to correct bin locations
  • Identifying vehicle parts or customers/orders from a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories
  • Maintaining an ordered stock room and finding parts from the stock
  • Liaising with other members of staff

What You Will Need

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to completing the training program. You should be passionate about the automotive industry and our brand, and be willing to learn and develop your skills.
