About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at Practice Plus Group's Birmingham Hospital. As a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in supporting the Physiotherapists in the treatment of patients, working closely with all clinical departments to aid patient rehabilitation pre and post-surgery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Physiotherapists in the treatment of patients, including treating patients delegated by a qualified Physiotherapist and being responsible for your own caseload.
  • Monitor, progress, and alter patient treatment plans as appropriate.
  • Carry out a range of non-clinical duties to support the team and patients.
Requirements
  • Friendly, approachable, flexible, and motivated with a genuine interest in patients and staff.
  • Relevant healthcare experience in a similar setting.
  • NVQ3 qualification.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
