About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Repair Quality Manager to join our Operations Excellence team at Lime. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for leading initiatives to embed a culture of process compliance, fleet reliability, and quality across our warehouse teams worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead data-driven opportunities for hardware reliability, repair compliance, and standardization initiatives.
  • Contribute significantly to the planning process, often leading the development of OKRs, roadmaps, and budgets.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement training, quality standards, and processes.
  • Build a culture of compliance in our warehouse teams, challenging and systematically improving repair SOPs.
  • Provide maintenance and hardware feedback between local operations and our global service center.
  • Continuously improve compliance and quality metrics on the warehouse floor and transactionally.
Requirements
  • Permission to work in the UK is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years leading improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma in an operational environment.
  • Data analytics proficiency, advanced Excel skills, SQL, and database queries.
  • Travel is an important part of the role, expected at approximately 25%.
Preferred Experience
  • Master's Degree in management or operations.
  • Lean certification.
