Financial Controller Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to join our team at TOTOM, a leading Film and TV contractor with over 25 years of experience in scenery construction. As a Financial Controller, you will play a key role in overseeing our financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Manage budgeting, cash flow, and financial planning to optimize our financial performance.
  • Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the implementation of financial systems and controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software (Xero preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with management and external stakeholders.
