Job Description

Job Title: Technical Publications Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Publications Assistant to join our team at Triumph. As a Technical Publications Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced Technical Authors to assist with the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the page layout and general maintenance of technical documentation for all of our products
  • Publication of documentation to print formats
  • Work with technical authors to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation meets business needs
  • Develop and maintain documentation templates and styles

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as technical writing, publishing, or documentation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
