Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Publications Assistant to join our team at Triumph Motorcycles. As a Technical Publications Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our experienced Technical Authors with the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the page layout and general maintenance of technical documentation for all of our products.
  • Collaborate with Technical Authors to ensure high-quality documentation is produced.
  • Work on the publication of documentation to print formats.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documents, including operation manuals, repair and maintenance instructions, assembly instructions, setup guides, technical bulletins, and service bulletins.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of technical documentation principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in software applications relevant to technical documentation.
