Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at The Talent Crowd. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our Senior Management team and support them in all aspects of administrative and personal support.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar PA role and will be able to demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Directors, including diary management, email management, and document preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Directors, including diary management, email management, and document preparation
  • Coordinating meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions
  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communication skills to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with the preparation and processing of invoices and other financial documents
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required

Person Specification:

  • Highly motivated and driven individual with a proven track record in a similar PA role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams
  • Trustworthy and reliable, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality

Working Hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

This is a fixed-term contract, and the ideal candidate will be available to start as soon as possible.
