Join Our Team as a Facility Maintenance Specialist

Copacetic Risk Consultants is looking for a dedicated and skilled Facility Maintenance Specialist to enhance the cleanliness and upkeep of our clients' commercial environments. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that various facilities, including offices, manufacturing sites, and storage areas, are maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Thorough Cleaning: Execute cleaning and sanitization of all assigned areas, including but not limited to office spaces, restrooms, and communal areas.
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, carpets, and upholstery to maintain a pristine appearance.
  • Surface Maintenance: Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including desks, shelves, and cabinets, ensuring a tidy environment.
  • Supply Management: Restock and replenish essential supplies such as paper products and soap.
  • Task Adherence: Follow established cleaning schedules and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including floor polishers and vacuum cleaners.
  • Maintenance Reporting: Notify management of any maintenance issues or repairs needed in a timely manner.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a commercial cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail and effective time management skills.
  • Physical Stamina: Capability to lift and move equipment and perform repetitive tasks as required.
  • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
