Position Overview

Copacetic Risk Consultants is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our clients' facilities, which may include offices, industrial sites, and storage areas.


Key Responsibilities
  • Thorough Cleaning: Maintain and sanitize all assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, carpets, and upholstery to uphold cleanliness standards.
  • Surface Maintenance: Dust and wipe down surfaces such as desks, shelves, and cabinets to ensure a tidy environment.
  • Supply Management: Restock and replenish essential supplies, including toiletries and cleaning materials.
  • Task Management: Adhere to cleaning schedules and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Equipment Operation: Utilize and maintain cleaning equipment, including floor polishers and vacuum cleaners.
  • Maintenance Reporting: Inform management of any maintenance issues or necessary repairs.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies diligently.

Qualifications
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Experience: Previous experience in facility maintenance or a similar role is preferred.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning agents, proper storage, and disposal methods.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on detail and time management.
  • Physical Stamina: Capability to lift and move equipment and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Transportation: Must possess reliable transportation.
