Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Cygnet Brunel in Bristol. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and improve services
  • Provide education and training to colleagues and service users
  • Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Experience of working in a mental health setting, preferably with individuals with complex needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
