About the Role

The Primary School aims to empower ambitious, creative, and capable learners by offering a dynamic and innovative curriculum. The successful candidate will be working with children who have a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and challenging behavior. The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or at least 6 months of experience working in a classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting children with additional learning needs in a classroom setting
  • Working one-to-one with pupils who require additional support
  • Assisting with lesson planning and delivery
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
