Salary: Up to £53,200 pro-rata (DOE) + £2000 for Continuous Professional Development

Location: Roxby House, Scunthorpe

Contract: Permanent, Term Time only, 37.5 hours per week - Part Time options available

We are excited to announce an opening for a Speech and Language Therapist to join our dedicated clinical team. Our commitment lies in delivering exceptional clinical services through therapists who are passionate about achieving the best outcomes for our clients.

About the Position

The role of Speech and Language Therapist is a unique and specialized clinical position, encompassing multiple locations within a designated area. While primarily based at Roxby House, the therapist will also provide support to additional sites within the North Services. Access to personal transportation is crucial for this role.

The successful candidate will operate within the established framework of service policies and procedures, contributing to the seamless integration of their specific service into the daily operations of each facility, including standardized assessments and clinical services. A vital component of this role involves delivering informed interventions at universal, enhanced, and specialist levels to assist our broader teams in addressing the needs of adults.

As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will collaborate with professionals from various fields, including Clinical Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Sensory Integration Therapy, among others, to meet the diverse needs of our clients. This position reports directly to our Clinical Lead.

While the position is full-time, we are open to considering part-time arrangements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Relevant qualifications in Speech and Language Therapy and active HCPC registration
  • Postgraduate experience with the specialist client group
  • Experience in multi-professional collaboration
  • Experience in teaching, training, and clinical supervision
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
