About the Role

Tops Day Nurseries is seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team on a maternity cover basis. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement engaging and educational activities to promote children's learning and development
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a warm and welcoming environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursery policies and procedures
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years care and education
  • Experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
