We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Tops Bournemouth Nursery. As a key member of our Early Years team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in childcare and education. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for our children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development, and working closely with other team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
- Develop and implement engaging and challenging activities to promote children's learning and development
- Work closely with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality service
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a Level 3 in Early Years care and education
- Commitment to working with our children and contributing to their development and well-being
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive environment
