Full-Time Position

We provide a variety of FREE CPD training courses, including topics such as Safeguarding and Autism Awareness, equipping you with essential skills for supporting children effectively. We also welcome candidates with backgrounds in Healthcare, Social Care, or Care Work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate excellent communication abilities.
  • Foster strong relationships with both students and staff.
  • Provide encouragement and support to students.
  • Maintain a positive outlook towards education and child development.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.

Job Duties:

  • Supervise and offer learning assistance to children in both small groups and one-on-one settings.
  • Support the teaching and learning process within the classroom.
  • Contribute to the creation of individual education and behavioral plans, setting high expectations for student achievement.
  • Build trusting relationships with students, adapting interactions to their individual needs.
  • Encourage student participation in class activities.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Possess a Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning.
  • Experience working in an educational setting.
  • Exhibit an outgoing, engaging, and fun personality.
  • Be willing to support students of diverse abilities and needs.
  • Maintain a positive and ambitious approach to learning.
