Special Educational Needs Teacher – Focus on SEMH and Behavioral Challenges

Teaching Personnel is currently in search of dedicated and skilled SEN Teachers to support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, and various neurodivergent needs in a specialized educational environment. Job Responsibilities
- Position: SEN Teacher
- Ability to engage with both primary and secondary students
- Compensation: Up to M6 Pay Scale
- Work with a diverse range of needs, including ASD, SEMH, and complex requirements
- Responsible for designing and delivering tailored lessons for SEN students
- Location: East London
Qualifications:
- Experience: Demonstrated experience as a SEN Teacher in a secondary educational setting
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of various SEN conditions and effective support strategies
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- Passion: A genuine commitment to supporting students with special educational needs and helping them reach their full potential
