The Head of Compliance plays a pivotal role within the Cisilion Operations team, overseeing the organization's compliance objectives. This includes ensuring adherence to Information Security, Quality Management, Data Protection, and Health and Safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Cisilion meets its compliance objectives, encompassing Information Security, Quality Management, Data Protection, and Health and Safety.
- Provide high-quality guidance and support to departmental staff on projects with complex information security requirements.
- Monitor and resolve security incidents within the Cisilion IT infrastructure.
- Oversee Health and Safety training levels, including CSCS card equivalents, Construction regulation training, RAMS, and other relevant training.
- Review RAMS for complex projects as needed and periodically review general RAMS generated for customer work to ensure they remain relevant.
- Drive Quality and information security improvements across the organization.
- Monitor and meet with key department heads to capture quality metrics and document trends and potential areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with the Operations Director on the strategic direction of compliance and the organization's business requirements.
- Be proactive in recommending updates to policies and procedures as necessary.
- Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested to guarantee continued business operation during adverse events.
